Whether or not students have access will impact each and every resident of Illinois. This issue isn't a Chicago or affluent issue; this is an EVERYONE issue for Illinois residents. Every day that passes that our students don't have access to computer science education is another day that they are falling behind their peers. The time to act is NOW!
